We are a fast growing IT company owned by Gunung Sewu Group. We are looking for young, creative and knowledgeable person to join our team as:

Purchasing and General Administration Officer
Responsibilities:

a.. Perform Purchasing process from administration of PO, monitoring delivery date of orders to draw back import duty.
b.. Review and maintain supplier performance
c.. Perform general administration and secretarial duties
d.. Handling and maintaining office operations, including but not limited to office services and office maintenance.

Requirements:

a.. Female, 25-35 years old
b.. Have S1 degree (with IPK 3.00) in any discipline but preferably in Accounting.
c.. One year experience as Purchasing will be an advantage
d.. Have good negotiation skill
e.. Fluent in English
f.. Pleasant personality, independent and able to perform multi – tasking
g.. Detail oriented and able to deliver tasks on time.
h.. Proficient in Microsoft office.
