Sales Manager (SM)
Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience in technical equipments or automotive business
  
• Male / Female, max 40 years old, D3 or S1 Degree in any field
  
• Having experience in Automotive Industry (4 wheels or 2 wheels), especially in TIRE SERVICE INDUSTRY
  
• Dynamic and charismatic leader with a proven track record in brand building for international brands
  
• A strong communicator and collaborator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  
• A strategic minded leader with strong acumen for innovation and cost efficiency
  
• Ability to take responsibility and respond confidently to various situations
  
• Computer literate, excellent command in MS Office
  
• Passion for achieving business goals and meeting customer expectation
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Able to work within time constraint
  
• A strong customer services focus along with a strong work ethics
  
• Strong coordination capability in a cross department and functional teams
  
• Responsible to deadline, able to work under pressure, self motivated
  

Surveyor (S)
Qualifications:

• Male max. 40 years old
• Min Diploma D3 in any field
• Experience as a surveyor in leasing / financing companies for 2/4 wheel / credit card / electronic
• Healthy physical and spiritual
• Ready to work in the field
• Oriented on the target, a hard worker, likes challenges, honest, high integrity
• Can communicate properly and politely
