Persyaratan Umum:

* Pendidikan Strata-1 (S1) dengan IP minimal 2,75 untuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan 3,00 untuk Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang terakreditasi BAN
* Pendidikan Strata-2 (S2) dengan IP minimal 3,20 untuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri dan 3,50 untuk Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang terakreditasi BAN
* Lahir setelah tanggal 30 Maret 1982 untuk S1
* Lahir setelah tanggal 30 Maret 1980 untuk S2
* Belum menikah, dengan melampirkan Surat Pernyataan di atas kertas bermaterai.

Persyaratan Khusus:

* Jenis kelamin Pria untuk Staf Bidang Tanaman (TAN), Staf Bidang Teknik/Pengolahan (TEK), dan Staf Bidang ISO (ISO).
* Jenis kelamin Pria/Wanita untuk Staf Bidang Keuangan (KEU), Staf Bidang Umum (UMM), dan Staf Bidang Teknik Informatika (TIK).
