Habitat for humanity Indonesia a national foundation established in 1997, is now seeking highly competent, active and experienced professionals to join habitat for humanity Indonesia based in Bitung-Sulawesi Utara., for the position of :
1. project coordinator
Be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the building construction project of relocation for the refugees in Bitung. Including organizing target community. Approaching and building methodology, job coordination and monitoring
2. construction supervisor
To assist project coordinator related to the building constrution management and technical construction, coordination, and daily technical activities dealing with community in the project field
3. logistic staff
The candidate wil be responsible for logistic supply of construction materials and will apply an accountable system of logistics to support the project construction activities particularly in material supplying and tender process
4. he/she will be responsible for community approach, management and empowerment concerning the construction project of housing for the refugee relocation in Bitung. And be the person in charge to socialize the program of Habitat for humanity Indonesia to the target community
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor (s1) degree in civil or architect engineering from a reputable university (no. 1,2,3) and diploma (D3) degree preferably in social science or economics (no.4)
- Having experience at least 3 years in the related position (1)
- Having experience at least 2 years in the related position (2,3,4)
- Experience in darting budget of building construction plan (1,2)
- Experience in purchasing construction materials (2,3) plus knowledge of purchasing documentation system (3)
- Having basin knowledge of project management, preferably experienced in microfinance (4)
- Familiar with community development, interaction with various characters of individuals
- Having communication skil ini dealing wiht the community and the leaders
- Capable in leadership, team-work player, honest and high integrity
